At IM Kevin has delivered successful campaigns for the Lower Thames Crossing, Network Rail, National Highways, and the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority.

Jordan is an experienced consents professional with over a decade of experience handling applications for major projects. He has a comprehensive understanding of mega-projects, supported by a solid track record in both the UK and Australia. His experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering consents across energy, water and transport, with demonstrated proficiency in navigating complex regulatory environments.

Owen is an experienced communications professional within our advocacy advisory practise with a track record of delivery across a number of major infrastructure programmes and complex projects. Owen’s work at Infrastructure Matters includes leading work to achieve political support and ultimately consent for a number of Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects. Owen also leads on Infrastructure Matters work with local and regional Government and in the authoring of policy reports.

Neil is a project manager and rail transport specialist with a proven track record of unlocking major projects, delivering significant cost savings and embedding controls within delivery processes. Placing a strong focus on building effective relationships, he specialises in working with major stakeholders, in particular Network Rail, Transport for London and the Department for Transport. With a forward-thinking approach to project management, Neil is able to deliver client needs throughout the project lifecycle.

Dominic has a deep understanding of the NSIP process, successfully managing applications through pre-application, examination, and delivery stages to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes. Dominic’s experience includes managing consents, authoring essential documentation and addressing public consultation feedback. With a proven track record in high-pressure environments, Dominic combines technical knowledge and strategic insight to navigate complex infrastructure planning challenges.

Holly is a public affairs and stakeholder communications professional, with experience in national and local governments as well as political offices. She has worked across transport, net zero, planning and development, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including on contentious projects. Holly is an effective communicator with an astute political understanding. She is committed to forming collaborative and open relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Eden is a communications and engagement specialist who excels in building positive stakeholder relationships and developing strategies and powerful narratives to build advocacy and support for infrastructure projects. Eden is currently leading business engagement work on the National Highways’ Lower Thames Crossing Project. He also provides strategic communications advice to a number of devolved authority and sub-national transport body clients.

Adama has over a decade’s experience in the transport and infrastructure sectors, delivering stakeholder engagement and strategic communications on nationally significant projects. She has worked across a range of complex and high-profile schemes, including the Docklands Light Railway, with a strong focus on building trust with government, industry, and local communities. Adama has a proven track record in developing and leading targeted engagement strategies that support project delivery and align with wider infrastructure policy.

Jasmin is a stakeholder engagement and communications specialist, focusing on building support and advocacy for energy and infrastructure projects. Jasmin has experience working within complex regulatory environments, executing extensive stakeholder engagement programs. In Australia, Jasmin worked on securing approval for an onshore wind farm development as well as undertaking public consultations for a major infrastructure project in Tasmania.

She has worked with political organisations, charities, and a consultancy, developing inclusive engagement strategies and producing high-impact communications.
